- Public links
- Any manually entered metrics
Verified Metrics
LaunchAndLoop supports integrations with trusted third-party providers to display verified business metrics.
These may include:
- Revenue metrics from payment providers (such as Stripe)
- Website analytics from Google Analytics
- Other supported integrations introduced in the future
Verified metrics are retrieved directly from the connected provider whenever possible. However, you remain responsible for ensuring that any manually entered information is accurate and not misleading.
Third-Party Integrations
Google Analytics
By connecting your Google Analytics account, you authorize LaunchAndLoop to access and display the analytics data necessary to provide our services.
LaunchAndLoop only accesses the information required to power platform features and does not collect or store your complete Google Analytics reports or raw analytics exports.
Payment Providers
By connecting a supported payment provider (such as Stripe), you authorize LaunchAndLoop to retrieve business metrics necessary for platform functionality.
LaunchAndLoop only accesses aggregated business metrics, such as:
- Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
- Total Revenue
- Active subscriptions
- Pricing information
We do not access, collect, store, or process your customers' personal information, payment methods, billing details, invoices, or other customer personally identifiable information (PII). Customer payment data remains with your payment provider.
User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to LaunchAndLoop.
By publishing content, you grant LaunchAndLoop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the platform.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit.
Intellectual Property
LaunchAndLoop and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including:
- Software
- Source code
- Website design
- Branding
- Logos
- Trademarks
- Documentation
- Platform features
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
Prohibited Activities

- Create fake startups or misleading profiles.
- Submit false revenue or analytics information.
- Spam or harass other users.
- Upload malicious software.

Paid Services

By purchasing a paid service, you agree to:

- Search visibility
- Revenue growth
- Website traffic
- Customer acquisition
- Investment opportunities
- Business success
- Platform availability without interruption
Verified metrics reflect information available from connected providers at the time of synchronization and may not always reflect real-time values.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaunchAndLoop and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to LaunchAndLoop during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will become effective upon publication on LaunchAndLoop or after providing notice where required. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
